A controlled thermo-mechanical sequence that assures 500 MPa grade reinforcement bars with high chemical consistency and structural integrity — in every rebar.

Step 01
Billet Selection
Ambient · Chemically verified
Raw material is sourced exclusively from scrap-metal-free blast furnace refineries. Every billet is chemically verified before it enters the mill.

Step 02
Reheat & Roll
≈ 1,200 °C · Controlled reduction
Billets are reheated and rolled through precision stands into the full profile range — from 6 mm to 50 mm — under continuous dimensional control.

Step 03
Quench
Rapid surface cooling · THERMEX line
The hot-rolled bar passes through the THERMEX water-quenching line, hardening the surface into a tough martensitic rim while the core stays hot.

Self-Temper
Residual core heat · Tempered rim
Heat retained in the core tempers the outer rim from within — producing a rebar with a hard exterior, ductile core, and a guaranteed 500 MPa yield.
